As we require a minimum number of attendees to host the course, a minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation is required to be entitled to a refund, minus a $45 cancellation fee.
Where a replacement attendee can be found, we will refund your money in full. It is in your interest to assist in finding a replacement at such short notice.
All said and done, we accept that life happens and will try our best to accomodate you and move your booking to another available date.
If for unforseen circumstances We cancel the Course, we will offer you full refund or move your booking to another available date.

"You" - The attendee
"Caffiend" - The venue owned, hired, leased, or otherwise. The place of interest.
"Course" - The coffee appreciation course, or other course held by us

All due care will be taken by us, however You agree to indeminify us of any liability that may occur in relation to the course.
